We were a little apprehensive before the course because as I had mentioned to you on the day we had been on a course a few weeks beforehand which bordered on the ridiculous side of boring and I felt a waste of our time.
However your course was totally different and a day in which we enjoyed so much & couldn't believe how much we covered in a day which went so fast. I felt the course was structured superbly and although there was an agenda there were no time restrictions on the various modules. This gave us the opportunity to discuss & openly debate how we could apply what you had taught us to our own roles here within the business.
