'Excellence is not a matter of chance but of choice'

Teamwork and Teambuilding

Based around team role theory this workshop is supported and reinforced by a series of carefully chosen development exercises. An ideal opportunity for attendees to understand how styles and attitudes (behaviour) influence the team and the 'team build process'. The main thrust is to help in building the perfect team, by creating opportunities to put theory into practice in order to maximise team performance and team contribution. The focal point of the day is the team exercise, starting in the late morning, when theory will be put into practice, using a stimulating and dynamic business game designed to test knowledge and understanding in order to get the best out of a team.
